IUPAC 2025

Medical Conference Partners is truly honored to have served as the Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) for IUPAC 2025. It was a privilege to work alongside the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) and the Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM) to make this prestigious event a resounding success! 🎉

IUPAC 2025 was held in July 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia, marking the first time these flagship events were hosted in an ASEAN country. Under the theme “Chemistry for Sustainable Future,” the congress underscored the pivotal role of chemistry in addressing global sustainability challenges.

✨ Congress Highlights:

• Global Participation: The gathering drew over 3,000 delegates representing 95 countries.
• Scientific Scale: The program was immense, featuring up to 22 concurrent scientific sessions and attracting approximately 1,700 abstract submissions.
• Distinguished Guests: We were deeply honored to host Professor Paul T. Anastas, the “Father of Green Chemistry,” who delivered a powerful lecture on green chemistry innovations. ☘️☘️
• Diverse Program: Beyond the core chemistry sessions, delegates participated in thematic symposia cantered on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Zero Hunger, Clean Water, and Climate Action.

This conference demonstrated that the future of science is not just about data, but about humanity, global collaboration, and professional responsibility. We are proud to reflect on this as our biggest and most impactful event of the year!
