Fragility Fracture Network Malaysia 2023

We were thrilled to announce the second Fragility Fracture Network Malaysia (FFNM) annual congress, which took place at VE Hotel & Residence, Bangsar South from 3rd - 4th November 2023. The theme for this year's congress was "Team Up For Fragility Fractures," highlighting the importance of collaboration and teamwork in preventing and treating fragility fractures. We invited physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, anaesthetists and colleagues from allied health, nursing, and related medical specialties to share knowledge, skills, and experiences in preventing and treating fragility fractures.

31st Malaysian Society of Neurosciences 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting (MSN 2023)

Besides the usual 3 tracks, MSN 2023 which was held in Kuching ran an Epilepsy Track to highlight the theme of Advancing Science Towards Better Epilepsy Care. The key highlight is that the conference gather KOL in the Epilepsy field such as Prof Dr Terence O’ Brien and Prof Dr Patrick Kwan. An Art Exhibition was also included in the conference featuring arts from patients that are fighting with Epilepsy.

Pan-Asian Consortium for the Treatment and Research in ALS (PACTALS 2023)

PACTALS 2023 hosted 471 attendees from 27 countries all over the world. Notably, the consortium organized a dedicated PACTALS PLWALS and Advocacy Programme Day, fostering networking and collaboration among the neurologists, caregivers, and ALS patients. This initiative aimed to enhance support and knowledge-sharing within the global ALS community. The favorite session from all, is the Plenary session that covers the Overview of ALS in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Malaysia Stroke Conference (MSC) 2023

This conference had a great impact with 500 participants attended and a meaningful Fun Run for stroke awareness, honored by Deputy Minister of Health, YB Dato Lukanisman Bin Awang Sauni. Additionally, the conference championed a donation campaign, benefiting the Ronald McDonald House and supporting children in their recovery journey.
