Our passion to create

In 2008, Medical Conference Partners was formed by Dee Dee Quah, CMP. We are a professional conference organiser that primarily works with clients from the healthcare industry.

Our purpose is the delivery of knowledge in healthcare through medical conferences, virtual meetings and conferences, medical workshops, advisory board meetings and medical writing.

    CMP – Certified Meeting Professionals is a globally recognized badge of excellence in the events industry. This qualification is based on experience, education and a rigorous exam.

    PCO of over 15 years of experience.

    Her forte is in budgeting and sponsorship of conferences. She is a big believer in education and engagement. Aside from being an Adjunct Lecturer in Taylor’s University; she regularly accepts invitations to share her experiences and knowledge with those who are interested in the business events industry.

  • Edward Aeruthayan

    DES, Co-Director

    Experienced in hospitality and tourism and event management, Edward is also a digital events strategist.

    During the lockdown brought on by the pandemic, Edward focused on developing our Virtual Event services. Some of his projects includes The 7th Asian Oceanian Virtual Congress on Clinical Neurophysiology, Malaysian Virtual Stroke Conference, The Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia Virtual Conference in 2020 & 2021 and more.

    He also conducts and manages virtual product launches & hybrid workshops for medical companies such as Ipsen, Abbott, Baxter & Sanofi. His specialties include stakeholder goal setting, virtual event platform selection, AV set & live streaming.

  • Catherine Yap

    Operations & HR Manager

    Catherine is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Accounts of United Kingdom and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.

    She joined Medical Conference Partners Group of Companies in 2022.

    Prior to 2022, Catherine’s experience includes local and MNC status companies in insurance, manufacturing, education, turnkey and privitization projects, leisure and hospitality, hotels and resorts management, conferences and conventions.

    Some of her notable achievements include IPO (Initial Public Offer) exercise and is a member of the Secretariat and Procurement committee of a few conferences such as the Global Entrepreneur Summit Malaysia – GES and MaGIC.
